More than a bed. A future space for culture, connection, and social impact in Linz.
The planned Linz Hostel – part of The Social Impact Hub – is not a
typical hostel.
It is envisioned as a space that blends accommodation, culture, and
community in a meaningful way.
A place where people can arrive, find orientation, make new friends, and become part of a modern, welcoming Linz.
Planned Opening: 2026
Travelers, students, newcomers, and digital workers need more than
just a room.
They need a place that welcomes them, supports them, and connects them
with the city.
The hostel will serve as:
Every stay opens the door to events, workshops, and meaningful encounters.
Inclusive employment models and collaborations with local social partners.
A design and program approach that celebrates Linz as a cultural city.
Digital tools for community interaction, event booking, and connecting guests.
The hostel is designed to be more than a place to sleep.
It will feature community areas, social spaces, cultural rooms, and
flexible zones for workshops and exchange.
The hostel is one pillar of the broader Social Impact Hub –
a cultural, social, and community center for Linz.
It will form the physical anchor of a project that goes far beyond
tourism.
We are currently in the preparation and funding phase.
To bring this vision to life, we are seeking:
real estate partners
funding bodies
investors
social and cultural partners
institutions within the City of Linz
